Since last Sunday was the one before Thanksgiving, our pastor pointed out that most people don't really take the time to actually sit down and list on paper, their blessings. That made me think about my own situation. So, I did just that and now I will share them with you.
- The love and protection of God in my life.
- My home and family.
- That I live in America ,no matter how bad off she is.
- My church and pastor.
- My health, in spite of my disability.
- That God has shown His patience with me as I have struggled to get this mission started.
- My college education and the wonderful people God has brought into my life.
- My wife, whom I met in Bible college.
- My brother-in-law ,who gave me the idea of an internet ministry.
- My father-in-law, who helped with the money for the computer.
- The years I spent in Florida, where I gained great experience in church ministry.
- Several of my friends who helped teach me computer skills to write these articles.
These are only a few, as I started seriously thinking about how truly blessed I am. I trust that you think about how blessed you may be, no matter what your circumstances. With God, one really doesn't have to be " under the circumstances", but rather be above them. He's there to help you. All you need to do is believe and ask. To each of you a Happy Thanksgiving. May God bless you.
