We decided this month to give you an update as to what is going on in our lives as well as let you in on some prayer requests. Currently, we are in the process of getting more exposure to our blog. Contrary to what one important person in America thinks, true progress and reform takes time. It should not be rushed because often "Haste makes waste". Please continue to pray with us as these things unfold.
The Lord has been very good to us and continues to guard our health even though sometimes we don't. Ernie has been seizure-free for one and a half years now. This is the first time that this has occurred in his entire life. It is truly of the Lord and we are extremely grateful. LouAnn is experiencing improvement in her vision and continues to take injections for the treatment of macular degeneration. He has sustained her and given her the much needed courage to do this. The last time she went, the doctor asked her to give reassurance to another of his patients who was feeling the same fear. She did and the patient accepted the help and is now on the way to saving her eyesight as well. We never know when our own weakness can become someone else's strength. That's why God allows some of us to suffer afliction, because we then can be of help; we have been there before.
